To the Esteemed Members, Dedicated Volunteers, and Friends of the Greater Atlanta Telangana Society (GATeS) Community,

With deep humility, immense pride, and a resolute vision, I am honored to officially begin my term as GATeS President for 2026. For many years, GATeS has been more than just an organization, it has served as a second home, a cultural anchor, and a powerful vehicle for positive change.

I have been privileged to witness this growth firsthand, having been a longtime volunteer dedicated to GATeS’s core mission of cultural preservation, youth empowerment, and humanitarian service. The opportunity to serve those in need both through local efforts and charitable work has always been a key motivation for me, and this dedication to service is directly mirrored by the core mission of GATeS to unite and uplift our community across the diaspora.

Vision for GATeS in 2026 is built upon three core pillars that will expand our impact and strengthen our community bonds with Connect, Commit, and Cultivate. Our focus for 2026 will be connect by bridging generations and continents,we will enhance efforts to empower youth by engaging them in Telangana’s traditions while simultaneously strengthening our Back Home service projects,leveraging resources to support education, provide hunger relief, and provide rapid assistance when needed.We will Commit by expanding our humanitarian reach and community care programs, building on the success of health webinars and local initiatives, and ensuring a focused,efficient, and transparent approach to philanthropy where every donated dollar creates maximum. Finally, we will Cultivate a culture of leadership and inclusion by empowering our dedicated volunteers especially women and youth to step into leadership roles, ensuring our society truly reflects the diverse and energetic spirit of our community

In this year,let us continue the legacy of GATeS by uniting to honoring our rich heritage, celebrate the sacrifices of our martyrs, and foster a sence of generosity that transcends boundaries. Together, we can make GATeS an even stronger pillar of service, culture, and hope.
